1. This promotion is open to the public, excluding employees and their families of The Perfectly Pink Company, its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2. The opening date for submitted entries is 01st Octoberber 2009 and the closing date is 1st December 2009.
3. No purchase Necessary.
4. By taking part in the promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules and any other requirements set.
6. All entrants must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
7. Only one entry per person is accepted.
8. No trade, third party or consumer group applications will be accepted.
9. All entries must be made by completing the online form through our www.theperfectlypinkcompany.com website and including your contact details as listed in the mandatory fields.
10. All entries received from 01st October 2009 until and including 1st December 2009 will be entered into the prize draw. The first entry drawn is the winner.
11. The prize winners will receive: 1qty Perfectly Pink t-shirt.
12. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The promoter reserves the right, to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative in whole or in part.
15. The main draw will be made by an independent judge and the prize winner will be informed via post/phone by 10th December 2009. Winners must claim their prize by 30th December 2009.
16. Prize winners may be required to take part in publicity associated with this promotion.
17. The name and county of the prize winners will be available between 1st December 2009 and 30th December 2009 to those enclosing a SAE and applying to ‘The Perfectly Pink Company, 72 New Bond Street, Mayfair, London, W1S 1RR’ in an envelope marked The Perfectly Pink t shirt Results.
18. In the event main prize winners do not come forward and claim their prize, a further draw will be made to determine the winner.
